Returns Information

You can buy with confidence from GO Detect as all purchases are backed by our 30 day peace of return policy. If for any reason you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Please contact us and we will forward the return instructions at your request. Refunds will be purchased within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned goods.

Warranties

All products on our website are supplied with a one year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. All SPRO branded products carry a two year warranty. If it is deemed that a product has failed under warranty we will ensure that it is repaired or replaced within 30 days of authorising the return.
